I bought fallout 3 and fable 2, now you showed me these other games I hate you. WHELP I AM ABOUT TO SPEND $200 ON VIDEO GAMES THIS MONTH

fully preordered fable 2 and far cry 2(pc edition), both coming out next week, then the week after fallout 3(pc), then gears of war 2 the week after that. Ya im done. Dead space looks good, ill probably pirate it if i even have time to play it with all these other games. Mirrors edge looks cool, but I dont feel like mindlessly running and jumping all over the place when all these other games will be out. Far cry looks amazing, must buy.

I forgot about Gears of War 2. Lucky for my wallet I didn't get into the first one, same deal with Saint's Row.
That Left 4 Dead game by Valve comes out in a month as well. It looks pretty awesome, I might have to get that as well.

get gears 2, it will be fucking amazing, atleast get it in a month or 2 when you have the money cause it will be worth it. Left 4 dead on the other hand, doesnt look that good to me. Im not paying $50 for a shit mod of half life 2. They wanted to make it like a survival horror action game, but with the HL2 engine, your running a million mph and the zombies are too so its this fast paced deathmatch with zombies no thx. Also in a video i saw the zombies look to be easily exploitable in certain areas with the game mechanics, like if you shoot a car and the car alarm goes off, a TON of nearby zombies will come over, ok lets sit in this alley shoot the car so we can kill off all the zombies as they run to us. Oh and the dynamic difficulty? where the difficulty gets harder the better you are, that shit doesnt work right in any game.
In fact I bet gears 2's Horde mode will be more fun than left 4 dead.
Horde mode is the star of the Gears of War 2 multiplayer lineup. Oh sure, you’ve got your classic death matches and capture the flag bullshit (and that co-op mode is still insanely solid); but Horde mode is where it’s at.
You and four other players pick a Gears character and choose weapons. Then you’re dropped on a relatively small map littered with ammo and perfect areas for cover, sniping, and dying like an idiot when you get cut off from your group.
The idea is to survive wave after wave of Locust hordes that the game throws at you. You lose if every member on your team is killed. You win when you kill every Locust in a wave of the horde – after that, the game pauses to show you which players had the most kills and then chucks you back into the map with another wave.

Ya I am pretty pumped for Fallout 3, that game looks freakin beast. Unfortunately I can't get Fable 2 because I don't have a XBOX360 
Fallout 3, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, and MGS4 are all buys I gotta make over the course of the next few months for PS3.

Was watching a live stream of Fallout 3 over the weekend, since it was leaked on 360, and I have to say that this game is going to fucking own. He just went around and attacked towns and showed off the combat, its fucking great. Heads exploding, cutting limbs off with a knife, blood everwhere. This game is a lot bloodier than i thought it would be, and that was without the bloody mess perk. He put that on and had a sawed off shotgun.....bodies were exploding LOL so funny. The VATS system is definatly useful and makes the game easier, but he also showed that you dont need to use it at all if you dont want to. Im pumped for this game.

Yep. Today was the first time I logged on in a week or so so I authed it then.
Fable 2 is pretty sweet. For some reason I'm hooked on getting my housing and business empires flourishing.

I played fable 2 for a couple hours today. Got my shit making me 300 gold every 5 minutes and I figure by tomorrow that I will get it up to 2600 every 5. I feel like the game should just be called jew banker.

My problem with Fallout 3 is that the max level is 20...and if the game is anything like Oblivion which I am sure as shit its going to be very similar, it won't take much time to get the max level and items early in the game.
In Oblivion you can have your character completely decked out with the best armor and enchants at lvl 20 with the highest amount of skill modifiers and attribute points except for luck, which leaves the other 20-30 levels basically useless aside from health...but the creatures and legendary weapons in the game max out at level 24 making that even more worthless because Oblivion is one of the easiest RPGs I've played (granted I enjoy the game alot.)
I am really only buying Fallout 3 because Oblivion + Guns + Nuclear Boobs = Sounds nice on the surface. I wish I had a better idea of the travel system and the size of the map because although Oblivion appears to be big....after the first few levels and little exploration the game's size shrinks GREATLY.
Also Oblivion's system is so easily exploitable without actual console or PC cheats it makes me believe once Fallout 3 is figured it you can get a lvl 20 character within a short time of gameplay.
Oh ya, and Fallout 3's main story ENDS the game unlike Oblivion where you can continues to quest and level, which is somewhat discouraging.
I just really need a new game >.<! I've been playing Smash Brothers, Oblivion, Mario RPG, and Zelda games for the past 6 months!
