Ah that is shitty, every so often my Wii will like have long load times. Only once has Smash Brothers frozen up on me, but I play it ALOT so once in all that time isn't that bad.
And yes, the online is shitty.

mine gives me disk read errors which according to the nintendo help thing it could be a problem with either the disk or the wii. Some of the older wii's have trouble reading the double layer shit that the smash brothers disk uses.

I think it might just be the Wii. I got my Wii this past April, so I am not sure if they changed any of the disk reading around, but probably. When did you get yours?

I got mine February 2007 but they had been out for over a year by then so i figured my wii wouldn't have the problems reading the double layer shit.

Ya, I just looked up what you were talking about and it seems to be the same exact shit you said about a double-layer large capacity disk...most of the shit I've read said all you can is send it in for repairs or whatever, but luckily its free. At least I hope.
