I can't really comment on surgery as I haven't had any yet. But nothing changes as far as I know.
As for the hormones, it's a lot of subtle changes, and very difficult to explain. But it doesn't really change your sexual orientation. Rather, being comfortable with you own body and identity allows whatever sexual desires you've been suppressing to come to the surface.

Please, no self-respecting Jew would ever be put a roll of quarters in his. As soon as he got the roll in his possession he would immediately take it to the back so it could draw interest. Even if he did manage to get it in his asshole, he wouldn't enjoy the feeling, he would be psychologically tormented by the fact that he was getting no return on his investment during the time he was pleasuring himself.
