I whacked this beast together a couple of days ago, basically when it is run it will download the latest dilbert strip and set it as your desktop wallpaper. Designed to be run at startup/on computer unlock (or once a day at a specified time) using windows scheduling this will keep you up to date on the latest dilbert strips without having to visit the site yourself.
